Web Design
We want you to be proud of your website and comfortable that it will be the most valuable tool in communicating with new and existing customers!
Weburton focuses on three critical components of your web site, Content, Style and Navigation. We establish partnerships with our customers and develop all three of these components together. We will talk with you in detail about your requirements, your visions and your objectives. We will develop a deep understanding of your ideas, products and services, and will work with you to present these to your visitors via the web.
Your web site will become a living tool. It will evolve in both content and functionality, and Weburton will take you on that journey.
Content
Content is critical to a website, it has to be clear and interesting. People will not revisit boring websites! You may already have a view of your content, if you haven’t not to worry! We will work with you to develop the best suitable content for your site that truly defines the message you want put across. For example if your site is to promote a business, we can help develop the ‘story’ of your business. Or if it is a ‘fan site’ you will likely want a news page, providing your visitors with latest news etc. This is the first step of the Weburton Journey’.
Style
House style is critical. Do you already have a logo or motif? Do your requirements have corporate colours? If so then we will create a website in the style already developed. However if you do not then this is a very exciting opportunity for you to really get your company and ideas noticed. Our use of colours, Signatures, Avatars and Logos/Graphics is a critical part of our service and the development of the house style again is key to the Weburton Journey.
Navigation
Navigation is one thing that is often overlooked, but critical to a quality web site. We will work hard to ensure that your web site is easy to use. So your visitors can find what they’re looking for with a minimum number of page accesses. How many times have you given up trawling through pages? When your visitors give up you have lost business and interest!
Once we have an initial outline of how you want you site to look. We will begin to plan a layout of the site, which will be delivered to you for approval. If you feel it needs changes or you don’t like it, we will be happy to edit it until you’re happy. Because if your not happy then we’re not happy.
When you are happy with the design of the layout of your site, we will hand code your site. We will make sure that your site meets the standards, of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Once completed you will have a web site to be proud of, and that your visitors will find informative and easy to use. Once your site is completed our relationship goes into its next phase. We will help you with posting the site onto the internet, updating content and maintaining the structure of the site. In order to do this Weburton provides the following services, post the initial development of the site:-
Web Hosting
Here at Weburton, we can provide you with suitable web hosting. We provide a yearly or a monthly plan for a reasonable price. You may already have a web hosting supplier; Weburton will work with this supplier to help get your website on the internet. For non-business users (residential clients), the charges of web hosting will be at a lower price.
Domain Names Registration
Now your site will need a domain name, this could be anything from CO.UK to .COM. We will talk with you, and help you to decide the right domain name for you. The choice of domain name is critical.
Maintenance
Once your website has been completed, it will need updating regularly. We provide standard maintenance packages on a monthly and annual basis. We also offer fully tailored packages for clients who need frequent and fast web page updates and general maintenance. It all depends on the needs of our clients.
We hope you find Weburton a new and straight forward approach to web design. We believe in a true partnership with our customers and hope you decide to take the ‘Weburton Journey’.
